How Can We Help?
Founded by established Advocate and Notary Mariel Epelman, the office's extensive track record includes services for individuals, families and investors, as well as for international financial institutions, family businesses and private Israeli and foreign companies. Our clients benefit from comprehensive services, from the initial advisory stages to guidance throughout various implementation procedures.
The office offers corporate and commercial legal advisory services, including international transactions and labor law, to private Israeli companies, while also representing foreign companies and diplomatic representatives throughout various stages of their activities in Israel, regarding corporate law, contracts, visas and more.
Labor & Employment Law
Advice and representation for employers and employees at every stage of the employment relationship: employment and senior-executive agreements, social benefits and accrued rights, hearing procedures and terminations, severance and compensation claims, confidentiality and non-competition undertakings. We litigate before the Labor Courts at all levels — Regional Labor Courts, the National Labor Court and the Supreme Court — and advise international companies, organisations and foreign employees working in Israel.
Real Estate Transactions
End-to-end handling of real estate transactions in Israel, with particular emphasis on buyers and investors residing abroad: purchase and sale of apartments, offices and premises, long-term leases, property management for foreign residents, full title and rights due diligence (Land Registry, Israel Land Authority and housing companies), purchase tax and betterment tax planning, and final registration of rights. We have extensive experience representing foreign buyers and investors on a fully integrated basis throughout their Israeli real estate transactions, accompanying them through all phases of the acquisition through closing and registration of the transaction.
Representation of Foreign Diplomatic Missions
Ongoing counsel and representation for embassies, consulates and foreign diplomatic and trade delegations in their activity in Israel: local staff employment and management, diplomatic immunities and privileges, lease and property acquisition agreements, tenders and supplier contracts, liaison with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and other Israeli authorities, and representation in administrative and court proceedings.
Notary Services
Full notarial services: notarized translations, apostilles, signature authentications, notarial wills, notarized agreements (including notarized prenuptial agreements), notarial powers of attorney and more. Services available in English, Hebrew and Spanish.
Complex & International Estates
Specialists in multinational estates: high-value estates, diverse asset mixes and multiple claimants across one or several jurisdictions. We manage worldwide estates for families and heirs spread across countries, combining technical expertise with sensitivity to navigate intricate inheritance and probate laws.
Israeli Succession for Heirs Living Abroad
We assist heirs of foreign residents who passed away leaving bank accounts or real estate in Israel: succession orders, probate of wills executed in Israel or abroad, and enforcement of foreign judgments as applicable; end-to-end management including document translation, presentation to banks and transfer of property title. The entire process can be handled remotely through powers of attorney.
